Client: Mythos Retail

Location: Greensboro, NC Size: 8,820 SF Services: Architecture, planning, upfit Completion: 2020

Mythos retail was built as a shell for future upfits.  This project included a restaurant in one of the spaces. The building features brick veneer, cultured stone veneer and Nichiha panel accents on the corner of the building. In addition metal and fabric awnings are placed above the windows for added interest and sun protection.
