Architect / Project Manager
Job description:
We are a small commercial Architectural firm (6 employees) seeking a project manager / architect with a minimum of 5 years experience, who is able to perform different roles within the firm. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps from project conception, through documentation, and also construction observation / completion. - Create plans and drawings which clearly define the architectural design
- Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
- Collaborate with various team members (as necessary) and engineering consultants.
- Good communication is a must to ensure timely execution.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Architecture / Project management
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect, or on the path to licensure.
- Creative, organized
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- RevIT experience a plus
- Must be able to commute to work in our office in Greensboro, NC
