This brick/EIFS 5-story building was designed for Lindbrook Development Services to house a restaurant on the first and second floors with office space above. Immersed in the downtown area, the steel elements and brickwork were used to emulate the old mill warehouses of the past and to blend with the surrounding streetscae.
